Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and 3D Real Estate (“we”, “us”) for using our website and design tool (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organization, you agree on its behalf.

1. What the Service is — and is not

The Service turns your written description into a concept 3D model you can walk through in a browser. The models are concept designs, not construction documents. They are not architectural, structural or engineering drawings; they do not check building codes, zoning, site conditions, loads, egress or accessibility rules; and they must not be used to obtain permits or to build from. Always work with licensed professionals before building anything.

Dimensions, proportions and furnishings are approximations produced by an AI model and can contain mistakes. You are responsible for checking anything you rely on.

2. Your account

You need an account to save designs. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Plans, payment and allowances

Free and paid plans include a number of new designs per calendar month (see Pricing). A “new design” is counted when we build a new 3D model; small edits in chat don’t count. Unused allowance does not roll over. Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. Prices can change; we will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you. Introductory prices are honored for as long as your subscription stays active.

If a build fails on our side, that attempt is not deducted from your allowance.

4. Your content

You own the descriptions you write and the designs generated for you. You give us the permission we need to store, process and display them to run the Service (for example, sending your description to our AI provider to plan the layout, and building and hosting the model). We don’t sell your content or use it to advertise to you.

Don’t use the Service to create content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful or harmful, or to attempt to copy someone else’s protected design.

5. Acceptable use

• Don’t try to break, overload, reverse engineer or scrape the Service.
• Don’t share your account or resell access.
• Don’t use automated tools to create designs beyond your plan’s allowance.

6. Third-party assets

Some objects in walkthroughs (vehicles, furniture, textures) are licensed from third parties under open licenses. Their authors are listed on the Credits page. Those licenses apply if you reuse the assets outside the Service.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Service running, but it is provided “as is”. We may change, pause or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service, we will give you a reasonable chance to export your designs.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that come from relying on a design as if it were a professional drawing. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (content ownership, liability) survive.
